Shipping Policy
We do not currently sell or ship internationally.
Orders will be processed in a window of 1-3 business days. I will always notify the customer if there is a change in processing time.
I ship via USPS. Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive tracking information and is responsible for tracking their shipment.
Please ensure that your address is entered correctly, SamHain's Delights is not responsible for package theft or incorrect delivery. If the tracking shows your package was delivered and you claim you did not receive your package, I cannot file a claim with the USPS. As a result, I will not be able to refund or replace your purchase. If you have any concerns whatsoever, please contact me.
Allergies
All ingredients are listed both on our website and on our labels. While I am very clear about the ingredients I use, it is up to the customer to decide what works best for them. SamHain's Delights does not accept returns or refunds based on allergic reactions.
Regulations set forth by the FDA prohibit bath and body companies from making health-related claims about beauty products. I am not a medical or healthcare professional and do not claim that the use of my products may have a positive effect on pre-existing physical and/or mental health conditions. The information in my listings pertains to the properties of specific ingredients used in the product. Soap is only meant to be used to cleanse. Please speak with your health care provider prior to using any skin care product, particularly while pregnant and or while nursing.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Due to the nature of these products, I do not accept refunds or returns. Soaps and other bath and body products are sanitary items and can not be returned or resold after they have left the SamHain's Delights workshop.
I do my best to describe the scents based upon the fragrance and essential oils that are used and descriptions given from the manufacturers. No refunds will be given based on scent. We strictly adhere to proper usage rates as set forth by the International Fragrance Association (IFRA).
Orders can not be canceled after they have been shipped.
